As you'll see in my contest history below, from the early 90’s I starting to dabble a bit in the competitive fitness and figure industry but it wasn’t until last year that I really thought seriously about the path to becoming a pro figure competitor. Looking forwards to a great season in 2006!

Training has changed my life physically, but especially mentally. I have learned that you can do anything as long as you have faith in God and believe in yourself.

I finally found a balance in my life. My goal is to help change the life of people by improving their physical condition. Training and working out is more than a sport for me, it is a passion.
